KPOINT provides a reviewer role access to designated users as a decision maker to approve or reject the publication of videos.

How to review a video?

If an author chooses you as the reviewer for her video, you will receive an email notification with a link to the video. You will be directed to the video viewing page with the Reject button and Approve button below the video. Use these buttons to approve or reject the video.

You can also find a list of videos to review on the portal.  Click on the profile menu on the top right corner and you will see an option called ‘Tasks’ with a number indicating the number of videos pending to be reviewed.

Click on the Tasks option to see the list of videos to review.

You will see the approve and reject options below the video title and details.

• To approve a video, click on ‘Approve’. A popup screen appears where you will need to give the consent on T&C and click ‘Ok’. This video will be published after you approve.

• If you decide to reject a particular video click on ‘Reject’. A popup screen appears where you need to mention the reason to reject and click ‘Ok’. This video will not get published. The author will get an email notification with your message.

If you want to make a decision after watching the video, click on the thumbnail of that particular video.
