Video upload instructions
- Supported file formats: mp3,mp4, avi, mpeg, wmv, flv, mov, mkv
- Maximum video file size: 5 GB in when you upload a video to create a KPOINT video
- Maximum video file size: 512 MB while creating a clip in KPOINT Studio
- Maximum supported duration of an uploaded video is 4 hours
- Please write to KPOINT Support (helpdesk@kpoint.com ) if the video does not fit into the above criteria.
Once the upload is complete, KPOINT starts processing your video. KPOINT will notify you when the video processing is complete. You can also check the status of your video on the 'Manage' page.
You need to publish the video once the video is processed.
